Great Turnout at the 2015 ISA Water/Wastewater and Automatic Controls (WWAC) SymposiumThe 2015 International Society of Automation (ISA) Water/Wastewater and Automatic Controls (WWAC) Symposium, held in Orlando, Florida, USA in early August to examine and take on the diverse challenges related to automation and instrumentation in municipal water and wastewater sector drew a good crowd.

A total of 35 expert speakers and 35 exhibitors and 187 attendees attended the highly targeted three-day event that focussed on the needs of automation professionals. The event included poster presentations; an extensive program of technical presentations; a tour of a local wastewater treatment plant; an interactive panel discussion; two training courses—one on alarm management and the other on asset management and enterprise integration; networking events; and a vendor exposition.
