Although its nutritional value does not add up to that of darker vegetables such as spinach, kale and romaine lettuce, it has a lot of water content, which will not only keep you feeling healthy and hydrated, but also keep the waistline small.

Radishes – Finally, some colour. While these are most popularly used in salads, radishes are refreshing vegetables that can be added to nearly anything and adds a little bit of sweet taste to all the other vegetables in your salad. Fancy a radish?
