The controller is Living-Water Limited with a registered office and trading address at Unit 1, 55 Weir Road, London, SW19 8UG. All correspondence should be sent to the trading address.

We may collect or receive the following information:

1.  Information you provide to us

This may be done in several ways, including correspondence by phone/email/live chat and online website form submissions for the purposes of obtaining a quote, signing a contract our service, completing a survey or reporting any issues to our company.  When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.  This information provided may include your name, address, email address, phone number, financial information or information pertaining to a third party.

2. Financial data

We use third-party partners to process some payments, including Paypal and GoCardless.  You are required to provide them with financial information in order to authorise payment.  When you authorise these payments, your consent is given to provide the data necessary to process payments to these third parties.  The policies of Paypal and GoCardless are applicable and can be found here.  Except as provided here, we will not share financial data with any other third parties, without your prior consent.

Information we collect about you

When you use our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, information about your visit and how you may use our service.  This information may be combined with other information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

  • We use your information to provide services to you and fulfill your requests as a service provider to you, managing and operating your account.  We do not share this information with any persons or company without your express consent.

  • Transactions involving the purchase or sale of any business or assets may mean that we disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of those assets, along with its’ professional advisers.   Should Living-Water be acquired, personal information held by it about the users will be one of the assets transferred.

Storing your personal information

  • Once your payment instructions are received by PayPal or Stripe, they have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the Data under their control. 128-bit industry standard Secure Server Software (SSL) is used as a minimum standard which encrypts all of your data in respect of a transaction, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the data is transmitted.
  • How long we keep data collected through our site depends on the context in which you provide it and the purpose for which we use it.  We will only retain it for as long as is necessary for such purposes,
  • We may send you direct marketing communications for as long as you do not unsubscribe from receiving the same from us.
  • You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your Living-Water account and that if you cancel your Living-Water account or your Living-Water account is terminated, all your information may continue to be retained by Living-Water in accordance with the privacy policies.
  • If you call Living-Water, we may record your call.  These recordings are used for training and quality control to ensure that we monitor and improve our customer service standards.

4. Vidahost

Our e-commerce store is hosted on Vidahost. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Vidahost’s data storage, databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Paypal (https://www.paypal.com) stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

PayPal has robust security that automatically encrypts all of your confidential information in transit from your computer to Paypal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

5. Third-Party Services
