Health Benefits of Drinking Lemon WaterOur bodies consist of between 65% and 70% water, which we constantly lose through sweating, breathing, urinating and various other methods. We need to replace this lost water and keep the body’s fluids constantly balanced in order for our bodies to work efficiently and remain healthy and hydrated.

Many people do not enjoy drinking water though, and although we can get some of the fluids we need to keep our body in balance from fruit and vegetables as well as from other drinks such as tea, coffee and juices, pure water remains the best.

Just because we do not like the taste of plain water does not mean that we should bypass drinking water; that could be very dangerous for our health as not drinking water frequently can lead to dehydration which can cause:

  • a dry mouth;
  • headaches;
  • kidney problems
  • brain fuzziness;
  • dizziness;
  • heart problems;
  • cancer;
  • coma and even death
