What’s the connection between whatever it is and the pH of the human body? The right balance of acid and alkaline in our bodies is what we mean when we talk about pH, so let’s get that straight first.

The acid-alkaline balance in our bodies is determined by the balance of positive and negative ions. To express this as pH, which loosely refers to Hydrogen’s kinetic potential (and refers to the hydrogen in the water molecule).

For optimal health, it’s critical that we keep this in balance, which can be easily achieved by simply drinking water on a regular basis, which we need to do for every part of our bodies.

Water and the Human Body’s PH Balance
Every action we take in our bodies creates both acidic and alkaline conditions within our bodies. This is shown in the blood’s pH, which is 7.365, which is the ideal alkalinity and acidity level for the human body to maintain.

When we don’t drink enough water and our bodies become dehydrated, the molecular structure of the water in our bodies changes. Our bodies’ chemical reactions can become out of whack as a result of an imbalance in acid/alkaline levels.

Most of the time, it’s our body’s acidity levels that need our attention. These conditions can result from:

  1. Exposure to air pollution and/or smoking are both examples of pollution.
  2. Negative emotions, in particular, can alter the properties of the water in your body, putting your health at risk.
  3. Sedentary living: Acidic levels can rise if you don’t do any physical activities.
  4. Extreme dehydration, which is also linked to the consumption of toxins-laced processed foods and beverages
  5. Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs): Overhead power lines, microwave ovens, and other electric appliances are all potential sources of microwave radiation exposure.

Relax, don’t use your cell phone all day, spend time outside in the fresh air, and drink more water to keep your body’s pH levels stable. Maintaining a healthy weight can be made easier by engaging in regular aerobic exercise along with a well-balanced diet rich in fresh foods.

When we’re in good health, our lungs and kidneys take care of pH regulation on their own. So, if you get some physical activity (even if it is just a 15-minute walk a day would suffice), you should not have any issues with your overall health.
